Oh my gosh, I get it! A lot of my customers have been struggling with this. Even though you can stop watering first, ensuring the drainage in your planting medium is sound is essential. Repot with new soil, trim damaged or soft roots, and sometimes, I also add gravel so that this plant gets air. I know it can be tricky, but I'm here to help! Happy planting!
