Oh, your poor plant is going through some tough times! The first problem seems to be low humidity. If the air is too dry, it can make the leaves grow poorly and even cause them to wrinkle or become damaged, so ensure it's getting plenty of moisture. The second problem might be that it's not receiving enough light, so try to give it about 3-4 hours of sunlight a day and see what happens!
